I think you have a light switch and a portion of your living/dining room wall.
I thought I had made a guess on here already...I don't know why it didn't show up. My guess is that it is the inside lens of a webcam. Or maybe the tattoo they put on the liger at the zoo.
I see a Noah?? and a light switch that looks like the one in your bathroom. Hmmm
