Or else he was talking about some other nation I am not quite sure. I only caught bits and pieces of the address, but this part stood out to me. Maybe because it didn't sound right, because it isn't, and also because I had learnt this fact in grade school, in the United States of America, and he didn't have that opportunity, I'm not sure, but one thing that I am sure of is that the president of the United States should have a fact checker go over his stuff just to make sure, unless the facts aren't what is desired, then just go with your gut.
